There is just no substitute for a Toyota truck; whether it is a lifted Toyota truck, or one of the many great used Toyota trucks. It makes no difference it you purchased it at the Mississippi or Sacramento Toyota trucks dealer; a Toyota truck is a Toyota truck. And it can certainly be a heck of a lot more if you want it to be, but that is purely up to you and your creativity. What am I talking about exactly; well I am talking about customizing your Toyota truck to mean something to you. Make it yours so that in a way you are expressing yourself every time you go out for a drive.

When I was in school I had an 81, and let me tell you that there is just no end to the number of 1981 Toyota truck parts that are available to you. In general, used Toyota trucks are big resell business, and therefore also have a big aftermarket following. Whenever a used Toyota is sold the new owner is very likely to want to add to it to make it their own. This is especially true of used Toyotas, as they have most likely already been altered somewhat to the previous owners liking, so it is up to the new owner to alter it in such a way to make it feel like their own.

There is any number of Toyota truck body parts to change the look of used Toyota trucks. There are fender flares, roll bars, lighting kits, strip kits, scoops, grills, taillights, cattle cards, running board steps, and a host of other chrome replacement goodies fit for a king. When looking for Toyota truck parts, keep in mind that in some situations it is best to go along with officially licensed goods while other times it really does not matter. The key is that most officially licensed Toyota goods will fit better, so if you go with an aftermarket, be prepared to do a little modification to get the part to fit properly.

Toyota truck performance parts for under the hood are also a hot item. You can get everything from chrome dress-up goodies to superchargers and intake systems. Probably the easiest way to add a little power to your Toyota truck is with a K&N filter. Of course a brand new complete intake system may give a little extra edge of power but you will also be leaving your filter out in the open where mud and water can get easy accessibility, so think cautiously about the use of the truck before springing the money for an entire system. You can’t leave a Toyota with the original exhaust in place either, as a brand new stainless system with performance mufflers just gives your Toyota that final note that you would probably miss otherwise.

Once the outside is up to par you can’t go with our a few Toyota truck accessories on the interior to personalize the space that you will occupy most of the time. Toyota truck seat covers are a great way to start. Be sure to have thought out your color scheme in advance. If you scavenge the flea markets you will probably also be surprised at the number of new and used Toyota truck parts for sale. The last time I was at a market I saw a Toyota truck bed liner kit on sale for $50 when you would normally pay several hundred dollars for something equivalent.

Either way you go, make sure that you plan out your ultimate design before purchasing parts. In order to make your Toyota an extension of you takes a little time and planning, but once you accomplish the task, you will be glad that you took the time to do it right!

There is just no limit to the number of parts, as a Toyota owner you have to choose from. Toyota auto parts have been distributed worldwide for quite a few generations. Of course when you are dealing with auto parts you have the choice of genuine Toyota parts (a.k.a. Toyota factory parts) and Toyota replacement parts. These present a dilemma to any buyer, as they both have their positive and negative points.

Okay, let’s say that you are in the market for some Toyota Tacoma parts, a bed liner to be exact. Now you could go to the dealer and get a factory authorized liner that will be guaranteed to fit, although you will pay quite a handsome amount. Now your other option of course will be to get a replacement part from any number of aftermarket companies you will find on the Internet. The aftermarket liner may or may not resemble the same quality as the dealer, and it may not fit as well; but you will most certainly pay less for such a liner. This is where the dilemma begins.

Let’s say that you were looking for Toyota performance parts, and you walked into the dealer and asked to the see the available Toyota Camry parts for performance enhancement. You will probably get a puzzled look and end up looking at filters and spoilers for the deck lid. The factory does not deal in performance enhancements very much, and you will almost certainly have to go aftermarket in order to meet such a demand. For Toyota car parts in general the dealer is well equipped with everything you could need, but on the performance spectrum you would be better off to go elsewhere.

But if you were looking for Toyota Tundra parts, or Toyota 4runner parts, like fender flares; you would probably not want to take a chance on substandard material that may not fit well and hold up along with the rest of the truck. Toyota body parts or Toyota truck parts for the body as this case suggests are always probably best to purchase from the dealer. Especially when you are dealing with such detailed specification parts as Toyota 4×4 parts. The overall Toyota design is very specific and calls for specific sized individual parts to make the engine and suspension work together properly as a team. Be very careful when attempting to alter any of these components without factory authorized replacements.

Now the other spectrum that you are going to run into is the Toyota used parts that you will find online, at the flea market, or at the salvage yard. This is not such a bad alternative much of the time, but you will have to know a bit about what years can be used for each other, as well as how to tell if a part is still in good, useable condition. I myself when it comes to used parts always have preferred the salvage yard as it allows you the freedom to scavenge for the part yourself and disassemble it. As during this process you will be able to see how well the vehicle was perhaps maintained, and decide for your self the condition of the part; rather than have somebody else tell you the condition and leave you with no other choice bit to trust their opinion.

Good luck with the maintenance and enhancement of your Toyota, just use good sense with each purchase you are considering and you should never go wrong!

Since the 1990 Toyota Corolla and the 2003 Toyota Corolla, you can find just about any fit for the occasion you are after while seated comfortably at your local Toyota dealer. I am not saying that the vast history of the corolla which started back in 1966, produced cars that were not functional or as catering to the various needs of its customer, but they were not as choice conscious as they are today.

I mean back in the day if you wanted a performance Camry, you had to look into Toyota Corolla performance parts to get you there. That was not a problem with the wide array of Toyota Corolla aftermarket parts available out there, but not everybody has the will or knowledge to take on such a project.

If you take a look at the Toyota Corolla wiring guides it is clear to me that you need to be a professional to do any amount of modification to most generation Toyota Corolla’s, and I am even talking about most of the used Toyota Corolla’s out there as well. I mean it may look easy to throw on a few Toyota Corolla spare parts that you found on the Internet that say that they are easy to install, but once you get them out of the box and start reading the direction; what seemed to be an otherwise easy project can become a rather huge nightmare in a flash.

But in pops the 2003 Toyota Corolla and all your desires of a performance sedan are ride there underneath the hood as you are driving off the dealers’ lot; how convenient is that for you. Of course if you really want to feel that extra kick in the seat of your pants there is always the Toyota Corolla GTS, which is a rather nice modified Toyota Corolla that has all those good Toyota Corolla parts right from the factory installed by a professional and warranted to boot!

But enough about the old, let’s get into the new. The 2005 Toyota Corolla as well as the 2006 Toyota Corolla has an all new sleek design that is just plain awe-inspiring to see handling the roadways. And with its new XRS high-performance model available it is clear that not only will Mom and dad enjoy it, but your teenager will probably be asking to borrow the car a little more than what you would expect out a Corolla. But, as I say this, I am of course dating myself into the Corolla’s past, and what my generation of youth perceived the Corolla to be.

Toyota today is trying to move its market within the younger crowd and it succeeding. Actually the Corolla is one car that will appeal to just about anyone with its healthy dose of compromise and useful features. The only bad thing that I have heard about the new Corolla is that it has a substandard side crash rating. But all other crash tests show that the Corolla is by all standards a rather safe vehicle to be driving in your average day to day commute.

Of course the 2007 Toyota Corolla will soon be out on the dealer showroom floors, but wait not my friends, as the 2007 model is no better than the 2006 other than being a few months newer; so don’t bother to wait. Just get out there and pick yourself up a new Toyota Corolla. Even your parents will be proud of you!

Toyota Celica’s have been around for quite a long time and have been through a lot of changes over the years. Toyota Celica Memphis has announced this year as the last year for the Celica to be produced. Not to worry as I can guarantee that Toyota Celica parts will continue to be manufactured at an all time high; especially the Toyota Celica performance parts and Toyota Celica body kits. And of course you will always have your pick of a used Toyota Celica. But with this sad news, I feel that is would be proper to pay homage to a true American legend.

The 1977 Toyota Celica GT parts you still find in the marketplace represent the beginning of the Celica’s journey into becoming known as that of a performance car. Back in 1974, Toyota had the dream to create a line of Toyota Celica GT’s that could stand in the same line as that of the Ford Mustang, but the journey to reach that actualization was a long one indeed.

The 1990 Toyota Celica is where much of the tides began to turn. The Celica was busy making a name for itself, and buyers began to take notice of the potential that these little cars had. It was not long before performance upgrades were being produced, and the thought of a Toyota Celica brought a whole lot more to the mind than just economy. The Toyota Celica GT was the main help in this transformation of course, but it could not have done it without its prototype back in 1971.

A few years later the 1995 Toyota Celica was introduced as a third generation convertible. This was a rather beautiful design indeed and the test results proved it. This Celica was actually one of the most wind and water proof of any previous convertible that had been released in America up to this point. We would have to wait until the next year unfortunately for the aerodynamic side skirts to be added to the mixture to make an even healthier convertible, but the 1995 itself was but quite a nice start to a beautiful end. Of course today with the addition of a Toyota Celica body kit, you would never even know the difference.

The big mistake that Toyota made for the 2002 Toyota Celica was to take away the convertible model. It has also been brought to my attention on occasions that the overall design of the Celica of this year was not the most appealing of its 30 year history, but I do not see any huge flaws with it in general, and would actually accept it with open arms. The engines of these years boasted a rather healthy 180 horsepower if you got the powered-up version, but the standard 140 horses would feel drab indeed in comparison, so I would definitely hold out for the upgrade if you are in the market for one of these.

Overall the Toyota Celica has had a great run and we will most certainly miss it; but alas with all the other cars coming back into fashion we may not have to wait to long to get a resurgence of the Celica. But you will have to be patient, as it is not even extinct quite yet!

From everything from the used Toyota Camry to the Toyota Camry hybrid of the today, we are about to take a glance over the years at the great history that this car has proudly notched into its rather long belt. So with out further a due, let us begin to wander down memory lane at the Camry’s past and present.

The second generation Camry ended with the 1991 Toyota Camry; this was definitely not my favorite year, as the horsepower levels were rather low, and the overall design was rather unimaginative and boxy. The 1993 Toyota Camry incorporated the rounded body panels of its competition, and the Camry we know and love today began to take shape.

The 1996 Camry was the last of the Third generation, and subsequently had very little change, but just as any other smart car company, Toyota was saving the best for last. Not that the third generation Camry’s are not good vehicles, but I would much prefer the fourth. The only problem that popped up over the fourth generation was the 1998 Toyota Camry stalls speed for the automatic became a rather harsh shift as compared to previous years, but all in all the automatic still has proven to be a rather reliable transmission for any of the engine choices.

The 1998 Toyota Camry in general was a beautiful engineered design that did not actually change much from the previous generation; I guess Toyota figured why mess with an already good thing. It would not be long until the fifth and sixth generation Camry would come into the public’s eye, and these were the best yet. With a keen eye for aerodynamic class and sportiness, Toyota hit the nail right on the head with the production of this generation of Camry.

The 2006 Toyota Camry was the last year of the sixth generation, but as a whole is summed up the entire path that it followed over the years. With a nice rounded sporty front end, with distinctive, very appealing front headlights, the Camry became an all-time #1 best seller in America. Of course the new engine designs that were all pushing towards the 200 horsepower mark sure impressed me. But let’s not forget the variety of Toyota Camry performance parts and Toyota Camry body parts to give that extra flare if a performance sedan was more what you were after. For the sixth generation, Toyota Camry parts are very easy to come by.

Let’s move on to the all new 2007 Toyota Camry, or even more notably the 2007 Toyota Camry hybrid that is being released soon. Okay, now I have not heard the exact miles per gallon that the new hybrid will be capable to produce but I have heard about the horsepower numbers, and quite frankly I was floored. I actually think that this Toyota Camry may just be able to change my entire opinion of the hybrid in general. I mean with 192 horsepower behind the wheels, I would drive in a car with a pack of rats pulling the engine.

But thankfully the world has not come to that yet and we still have the Toyota Camry making headway and producing some of the world’s finest auto mobiles, with some of the most economical, performance enhanced engines that can be found under any hood!

I tell you folks, there is just no finer site than that of a custom Toyota Tacoma. It doesn’t matter if it is one of the fine used Toyota Tacoma trucks out there, like a 1998 Toyota Tacoma or a 2006 Toyota Tacoma. Toyota Tacoma’s are just mans best friend, their one toy that they can pass off as a necessity and yet take out in the dirt and play around like a three year old in the sand.

Now we could spent hours going through the six generations now of the Toyota Tacoma, and go through each used Toyota Tacoma (not forgetting the Toyota Tacoma Prerunner) and talk about each of their best features for hours. But as much fun as that would be, there is a brand new model just waiting to be unleashed in 2007 band I think that it would be sacrilege not to pay it proper homage in its very own article. There will always be other articles to blubber over the greats of the past; but today, let us blubber over a great of our soon to be future.

To see where much of the improvements came from the soon to be released model, we have to look over the 2005 Toyota Tacoma; well more particularly the 2005 Toyota Tacoma forums. In these Toyota Tacoma reviews we see current customers who as a whole commented towards greater safety features (especially with the bench seats), and more ease of self maintenance procedures.

Well Toyota has heard you all, and you will be happy to hear the line-up of new features that the 2007 Toyota has in store for you. Of the overall Toyota Tacoma parts, the interior is the only section that will be getting an overhaul, but relax; it is actually a good one. The interior trim is being upgraded to look more like a luxury work truck. And well hey, that is exactly what the Tacoma is after all, a classy, luxury work truck.

The new safety features that the Tacoma will feature for all of your customer suggestions is an advanced dual stage airbag system for those front bench seats, and for ease of maintenance, a convenient tire pressure monitoring system will become standard. Also standard, will be a service reminder indicator, which has become quite popular with many luxury cars on the market, so Toyota thought what the heck; what’s good for them will be good for us!

And let me just say that this Toyota is packed with enough standard features and bells and whistles that you will be able to wait for awhile before needing to add any additional Toyota Tacoma accessories. Besides maybe a set of larger chrome tires to fit underneath its already beefy exterior, you already have the complete package of a work truck fit for any man.

Not to worry, the 2007 Tacoma features the 6 cylinder 4 liter engine that will give you the option to haul almost anything, and save a heap load on gas along the way! The Toyota Tacoma probably one of the best all around power house truck that is also sensitive to today’s growing gas expense situation, which should give it a big thumbs up just about anywhere you are located. Whether you are looking to get through a difficult trail, or load a few bags of concrete and lumber to bring out to the worksite; the Toyota Tacoma will be there for you.

And now that Toyota has made the maintenance slightly easier you can also be there for your Tacoma. Hey, that’s what friends are for; right?

It does not matter if you are into new Toyota cars or used Toyota cars, a Toyota car is just that… a Toyota car! In fact there is a host of great used Toyota cars that can be found at Toyota cars Houston, as well as just about every other city across the way. If you are in the market for a used Toyota car, the Internet will be about your best friend for you during your search. You will want to do a lot of research on your choices before settling on a car or two that you would like to begin searching for. The reason you will want to do this research is that with all the available choices that Toyota offers you will want to find a car that fits within your lifestyle and will actually add to the quality of your life in the end.

“Toyota used cars” or “used cars Toyota” are a few great phrases to use while you are initiating your search. Once you get down to your top choices you may want to include the name of your town, and you may find a few dealers that are selling the exact car that you are in the market for. A Toyota used car will probably not be in perfect condition unfortunately as these cars tend to get used; but that is exactly what they were made for, so what else could you expect.

I say this because you should not worry about a few flaws on a used Toyota because most of the time they can be rather easily fixed wit h a few Toyota car accessories and Toyota car parts. Of most likely to need replacing is the Toyota car seat upholstery, which will probably be faded and ripped from its years of day to day use. The best way to fix this flaw is with one of many Toyota car seat covers that are currently on the market. Now there are probably going to be a host of other flaws in the interior, but those can also easily be fixed also.

The Internet is once again a great place to stock up on any other parts that have been prematurely worn on your used Toyota. Just type in “Car parts Toyota”, and a list of aftermarket venders will appear and you can begin your search for the parts that you need. Keep in mind that you do have to be rather careful when you are on the Internet shopping and do your homework on any company before deciding to do business with them. The Internet can be a great place to shop if you use your head and be aware of the signs of bad business practice.

Of course if you get one of the many Toyota certified used cars that can be found in larger cities you are guaranteed to have most of these common used car flaws already taken care of. You will perhaps have to pay a bit more for one of these Toyotas; but the time that you save just may be worth that extra money you will have had to invest.

A Toyota car will actually last forever with the proper maintenance, and by forever I am of course speaking about 300 thousand or more miles which is about as much of a lifetime as you could expect from any car. But surprisingly you will find many Toyota’s on the road with as much as 500 thousand miles on the odometer and that my friends is a used car that will keep going, and going, and going!!!

The previously know echo is being replaced this next year with the all new Yaris Toyota. The Toyota Yaris review or I should rather say Toyota Yaris reviews thus far show the Yaris as accomplishing one main feat - economy. The 2007 Toyota Yaris will undoubtedly be reliable and economical which is what the basis review of Toyota Yaris suggests thus far; but this writer is not satisfied with such praise. I want to know what the new Toyota Yaris really is all about. I want to know if years down the line when I am driving a used Toyota Yaris if I will still be a happy customer or board out of my gourd with its performance.

Let me tell you right now folks; it is the performance aspect of the Yaris that truly frightens me the most. I have seen numbers in the low 100’s that make me cringe as visions of having to get out and help push it up a mountainside while Aunt Betsy is behind the wheel with the petal slammed to the metal in first gear. But this is admittedly the main problem with the Yaris I foresee; no other Toyota Yaris faults really stand out to me as of yet, nor any other reviewer that I have seen thus far. But to really get to know a car, one has to scrap through the details of Toyota Yaris; looking through each Toyota Yaris part as if we were trying to figure out how to build one ourselves.

So without further a due I bring you my review of Toyota Yaris from A to B. The Toyota Yaris is not a particularly stunning looking vehicle, but it is neither bad either. Slightly unimaginative in areas, but if practicality is what you are after then the Yaris just screams of it. It will be both offered as a Toyota Yaris sedan and hatchback, and both feature the same 106 horsepower front-wheel drive engine. The interior is set to get jazzed a little bit to make up for the plain exterior. But at first view I do not see anything out of the ordinary from any other cars out on the market today, so don’t get yourself too excited.

As a positive note, the Yaris will definitely be very affordable to almost anyone, and I am talking under 13 thousand affordable which is quite impressive for a car that may not thrill you, but will definitely not leave you stranded on the side of a road in the middle of a desert either. The gas mileage on the Yaris is just plain awesome as well; we are talking upwards of 40 mpg possible, which is definitely considered great by most any standards of today. So the Yaris will not cost you an arm and a leg to buy, drive, and maintain; which as I said before just oozes with practicality everywhere.

In fact, the only Toyota Yaris accessory I see the necessity for if you plan to jump on the bandwagon is a pair of really good sneakers. Why you say? Well, you may have to Flintstone it up a few steep mountainside road trips, and you will want to be prepared. 106 horsepower is not a lot of power for today’s standards. If that will not bother you in the least then I crown you king or queen of practicality and I wish you the happiest of driving in your new Toyota Yaris!

With a standard list of Toyota Matrix accessories and options longer than your arm, the 2003 Toyota Matrix and the 2004 Toyota Matrix debuted ahead of the game. From the very get go all Toyota Matrix reviews pointed to what was going to be a rather successful run for this budding star of the roadway. But the heck with the used Toyota Matrix, I mean no offense, but I want to hear about the new Toyota Matrix. So without further a due I bring you the 2007 Toyota Matrix review.

The 2007 Toyota Matrix is set to offer its customers a heap of performance, affordability, practicality, and the modern day aggressive stance of a more expensive luxury sports car. The Toyota Matrix is but so much more than a typical affordable sedan. As a matter of fact it can be three separate different things depending on your ultimate desire, as the Matrix is set to have three different models to choose from.
The three models will include the Matrix, the Matrix XR, and the Matrix XRS. Now depending on whether you are incredibly practical (the base model Matrix), like a few bells and whistles to go along with your everyday commute (the Matrix XR), or like to fly by the seat of your pants (the Matrix XRS). All models would be a great reliable choice so it really just depends on the individuals preferences.
Of course the Matrix XRS would be my weapon of choice with a host of Toyota Matrix performance parts already thrown into the mix directly at the factory. We are talking a cool interior cock-pit layout, custom Toyota Matrix floor mats, the option of an adjustable lowering kit for Toyota Matrix professionally installed, and color coordinated door handles for the Toyota Matrix. About the only thing that you cannot get installed through the dealer is a set of APC taillights for Toyota Matrix, which can be easily purchased and installed on your own time.

Well, let’s look over a few highlights and specifications of the all new Toyota Matrix. To begin with under the hood there sits a 1.8 liter powerhouse with 16 valves and 130 available horsepower, and 125 ft-lbs of torque. The drive train is front wheel drive of course, with an independent front and rear suspension and stabilizer bar. The matrix is sturdy enough to accomplish light towing and hauling, and with its P205/55R16 all season tires; road navigation will not be a problem in most weather situations.

On the safety side, the Toyota Matrix has ventilated front disk/rear drums, rear child safety locks and seat anchors, rear headrests, and daytime running lights. In light of comfort, the Matrix has power steering, remote mirrors, cup holders, remote trunk release, storage cargo net, and 12V outlets. Of course you couldn’t go anywhere without air conditioning with interior filtration system and a dual vanity mirrors. Top it all off with the in dash stereo/CD player with four pumping speakers and I give the Toyota Matrix one heck of a standing ovation.

So what could possibly be in line for the 2008 Toyota Matrix; well I guess we will just have to patiently wait in the sidelines to find out. Meanwhile I think you will be plenty satisfied with what the 2006 and 2007 Matrix has to offer!

Isn’t it time that you step up to the new Toyota Avalon. I myself owned a 1995 Toyota Avalon, and then purchased a 1997 Toyota Avalon a few years later because I liked the new red color; but now I am just chomping at the bit to put myself into the driver’s seat of a 2005 Toyota Avalon. I mean I have been the proud owner of a used Toyota Avalon for long enough; I think it is time for an upgrade. But wait a minute here; 2006 is just around the corner, perhaps I can find myself strolling along side the Toyota Avalon new inventory here in a few months if I just execute a little patience. Yes, that is exactly what I am going to do; put a new 2006 Toyota Avalon into my driveway.

Looking over the 2006 Toyota Avalon reviews it is clear that there is but few Toyota Avalon problems in general. I did see mention on a discussion board on a customer or two who had difficulties with their Toyota Avalon window motor, but it was under warranty and everything was taken care of correctly and promptly. I later found with other expert opinion that the power windows were actually rather quirky; so I do see this as a possible recall candidate for the future, but certainly no reason to count the Avalon out of your purchasing plans. That is because the Toyota Avalon parts they go into each of these cars are inspected and manufactured with very high standards as compared to a few other car companies that I will leave nameless.

One of the cool features today is XM radio which will not be available as a standard feature, so I guess I will have to learn how to hook up XM radio in a Toyota Avalon. But I guess that is what the Internet is for; it can’t be that hard after all. I do have the option of the towing package which I will take advantage of, and the heated seats for the front are another absolute necessity for the winters in my area. Depending on the trim package you decide on, many great features will be standard equipment which will make your decisions on features even easier for you.

The best feature of the new Avalon is one that I will probably not get to enjoy much, but my passengers sure will, is the limo-like rear seats. They are classy, roomy, comfortable, and rather plush. This car is truly designed with the comfort level of all its passengers in mind, which is rare indeed these days. But of course the classier you want to go the more green you are going to have to fork out in the end.

The base model of Toyota Avalon will run you about $25,000; but if you start adding on all the great goodies, gadgets, and features, before you know it you will be up to about $45,000. This is unfortunately about the price I will be looking at, as these new features are just too good to pass up. I am talking about a navigation system, traction control, stability control, and yes the limited edition touring trim which is not only easy on the eyes but even easier on your rear.

But wait, if I can wait long enough for the 2006; what about the 2007 Toyota Avalon; I mean I have heard rumours of an even punchier engine than the 268 horsepower version… decisions, decisions!
