Toyota Corolla: Fit for any Occasion
Posted in Amazing Toyota by Toyota expert at 1:19 am

Since the 1990 Toyota Corolla and the 2003 Toyota Corolla, you can find just about any fit for the occasion you are after while seated comfortably at your local Toyota dealer.  I am not saying that the vast history of the corolla which started back in 1966, produced cars that were not functional or as catering to the various needs of its customer, but they were not as choice conscious as they are today.

I mean back in the day if you wanted a performance Camry, you had to look into Toyota Corolla performance parts to get you there.  That was not a problem with the wide array of Toyota Corolla aftermarket parts available out there, but not everybody has the will or knowledge to take on such a project.

If you take a look at the Toyota Corolla wiring guides it is clear to me that you need to be a professional to do any amount of modification to most generation Toyota Corolla’s, and I am even talking about most of the used Toyota Corolla’s out there as well. I mean it may look easy to throw on a few Toyota Corolla spare parts that you found on the Internet that say that they are easy to install, but once you get them out of the box and start reading the direction; what seemed to be an otherwise easy project can become a rather huge nightmare in a flash.

But in pops the 2003 Toyota Corolla and all your desires of a performance sedan are ride there underneath the hood as you are driving off the dealers’ lot; how convenient is that for you.  Of course if you really want to feel that extra kick in the seat of your pants there is always the Toyota Corolla GTS, which is a rather nice modified Toyota Corolla that has all those good Toyota Corolla parts right from the factory installed by a professional and warranted to boot!

But enough about the old, let’s get into the new.  The 2005 Toyota Corolla as well as the 2006 Toyota Corolla has an all new sleek design that is just plain awe-inspiring to see handling the roadways.  And with its new XRS high-performance model available it is clear that not only will Mom and dad enjoy it, but your teenager will probably be asking to borrow the car a little more than what you would expect out a Corolla.  But, as I say this, I am of course dating myself into the Corolla’s past, and what my generation of youth perceived the Corolla to be.

Toyota today is trying to move its market within the younger crowd and it succeeding.  Actually the Corolla is one car that will appeal to just about anyone with its healthy dose of compromise and useful features.  The only bad thing that I have heard about the new Corolla is that it has a substandard side crash rating.  But all other crash tests show that the Corolla is by all standards a rather safe vehicle to be driving in your average day to day commute.

Of course the 2007 Toyota Corolla will soon be out on the dealer showroom floors, but wait not my friends, as the 2007 model is no better than the 2006 other than being a few months newer; so don’t bother to wait.  Just get out there and pick yourself up a new Toyota Corolla.  Even your parents will be proud of you!
